The team that I work with in Youth With A Mission is made up of 20-different staff located all around the world. Our name is taken from YWAM Foundational Value 18:
Communicate with Integrity
YWAM affirms that everything exists because God communicates. Therefore, YWAM is committed to truthful, accurate, timely and relevant communication. We believe good communication is essential for strong relationships, healthy families and communities, and effective ministry.
Our communications group has formed around three main areas of vision:
- To multiply missions engagement (to be part of mobilising more people into missions)
- To help YWAM workers and teams to be more effective (to encourage fruitfulness)
- To foster an environment of spiritual vitality (to encourage people to seek God)
To help fulfil these visions we are involved in many different projects, including:
