YWAM Calgary is the local Youth With A Mission centre that we have partnered with where we have moved to here in Canada.
YWAM Calgary is a community of YWAMers living in Calgary and working in many different ministries around the city:
- University Chaplaincy
- Local Youth Group Involvement
- Youth Mentorship Programs
- Organising and Running Outreaches
- Justice Issues
- International Communication (that’s me!)
Unlike that last location that we were location at, YWAM Reef to Outback in Townsville, Australia, YWAM Calgary has no ministry operating centre. Staff for YWAM Calgary operate out of their own homes and there is no central ministry centre. The common bond for YWAM Calgary staff is their desire to build a missional community of believers, with a desire too God glorified in Calgary and out to the nations.

I’m a ywamer too, from philippine, I work here in Alberta as a chef, here in Edmonton, but planing to move to lake Luise at fairmont hotel. I’m a good friend of Mitch mitzget if you know him, I heated that he visited Calgary before.
